We are thrilled with the sign you made for us. It is just lovely.
When I was working in banking there was always the odd difficult letter to deal with but I am sure you never receive them. I have just received the name plate for our new house in France and I just had to write and thank you for all your assistance with this. The plaque is lovely, just what we wanted, and your painter has done a beautiful job with the non-standard picture in the middle. Please pass on our thanks to him and rest assured we shall be singing your praises to all and sundry about the terrific service we have received.
I have been meaning to email you to confirm the safe arrival of our house plate. The modifications to the chicken are excellent; the highlights added really transform it and we are really pleased with the result. The whole plate is very attractive.
The sign arrived today. We like the quality of it and will now set up our business ASAP.

I felt I had to write to say how impressed I am with your prompt delivery of my order. It was posted on Monday 5th and the house number was received today, Wednesday 7th. I am also pleased with your product.
I wanted to let you know that our new address plaque arrived safely today and it looks wonderful - even better than I'd dared hope it would. My husband is very impressed too. In fact he tells me our new window shutters should be painted that same colour of burgundy red. I am so happy that we have a uniquely Mackintosh style plaque to dress up the doorway of 1430 Tranquilla Drive and if anyone ever wishes to know where we got it, I will be happy to send them your way. Many thanks for your kind and prompt service and for the care and workmanship that went into making this piece for us.
